We make all of our units with an exact fit. Please use the photo above as reference on how to measure your head's circumference for your wig size. If you have longer (past mid-back), thicker hair or measure in between sizes, choose the next size up.

Lace sadly is not going to last forever and will shed over time, however it can be replaced to give your wig a new look! We offer lace replacement service here. The time frame you're able to keep your lace before replacing it will depend on if you install with glue or how you care for it at home. We do not recommend brushing or coming the lace while the hair is wet. Release any tangles before you wet the hair as each strand of hair is hand tied by a single knot onto the lace and it is very fragile.

Our newly launched 'Un-customized Collector Wigs' are not customized and can be customized at home or installed by your favorite stylist.
All of our other wigs come fully customized with lightly bleached knots, plucked hair lines and completely styled. All you have to do is cut your lace, apply make up to lace (or lace tint) that matches your skin and your unit is ready to wear!

You can always custom order a remake of any unit. If you do not see that unit under remakes just send us an email and we can make the unit available to you at the same price.

All closure units are 100% glueless with a band and comb attached inside the cap for extra security. Frontal units come with a band in the box and not attached to the unit but a request in the notes and we can add the band to the unit. You can use adhesives on the lace if you choose but it is not always needed.

We do not refund but we can exchange your unit within 30 days ONLY if the lace is still on and has not been cut, then we can exchange for the right size.

All Custom wigs, Pre-order Remakes & Plain Jane units have a 3-5 week processing time from date purchased, once wig(s) are completed tracking info will be sent 1-2 business days.

Bundles, Tape-in and lace have a processing time of up to 14 days.

Ready to Ship orders tracking info will be sent out within 3 business days.
