→ Your wigs will be deeply washed.

→ Receive a deep conditioning treatment.

→ Restyled, pinned curls and ready to wear out the box!

→ We’ll also tightening any loose tracks or replace old bands or combs. 

- Unit does not have to be made by our company. 

- If new lace is needed please order service HERE.

Wigs MUST BE SHIPPED TO US in order to have this service done. Please do not ship with signature tracking. This will delay your unit turnaround time of 3-5 business days. Address is a secure place.

Please ship your unit within 7 days of ordering failure to send will delay your order. Please include order first and last name in wig shipment. (Ex. Write name on a slip of paper and place inside package)

Shipping, Refunds & Policies

Ty Rochelle Collection Policies

 

Order Requirements:

For all orders, the shipping and billing address must match. Orders over $700 are subject to verification for security purposes.

 

Shipping & Processing Time:

- Same-Day Processing: Weekday orders placed before 3PM ET/12PM PT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. 

 

- Shipping Options:

  • 3-5 Days Standard
  • 1-2 Days Express
  • Overnight shipping if ordered before 3PM ET on the day of shipment.

  

All units include package insurance in case of loss during transit.

 

Processing Times for Custom Products:

- Custom Wigs, Popular Remakes & Plain Jane Units: 2-4 week processing time from the date of purchase. Once completed, tracking information will be sent within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description or email confirmation. 

- Bundles, Tape-Ins, and Lace: Up to 14 days processing time. 

- Ready-to-Ship Orders: Tracking will be sent within 3 business days of order completion.

 

Shipping Responsibility:

Once an order is sent to the mail carrier, Ty Rochelle Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Please refer to the tracking information for updates. For additional help, contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.

Exchanges and Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges under specific conditions:

 

Eligibility for Exchange:

- Wrong head size

- Incorrect color

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received 

*Other reasons will be considered at the discretion of the business.*

 

Ineligible for Exchange:

- If the lace has been cut

- Hair has been dyed or altered in any way

- Cap has been cut or altered in any way

- Missing original packaging or box

- The hair/wig has been worn

- Tags, combs removed or alterations to the wig cap, lace or hair 

 

Please make sure to use our measuring guide to ensure you receive the correct size unit. Before cutting the lace, try on the unit to confirm the fit. Units can only be exchanged within 30 days if the lace is uncut.

Refunds

 

Refunds are subject to approval by the business owner and may incur a restocking fee. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to clear, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution (up to 10 business days).

 

Automatic Refunds will be issued if: 

- Your order is canceled by Ty Rochelle Collection

- One or more items sold out after your order was processed

Returns will be processed once the items are received at our facility. You will receive a refund for returned items after they are reviewed by our returns team.
